In-house machine fleet
Our own fleet of modern machine tools allows us to save our clients significant time and cost. We are not dependent on third-party contractors, which guarantees on-time delivery and the ability to make production changes quickly.
Asbestos-free friction components
Among the wide range of parts we manufacture, asbestos-free friction components for various braking systems hold a special place. They perform under high loads and multi-shift operation, across a broad temperature range, at a relatively low cost.
These characteristics were achieved through a unique asbestos-free friction material developed by our specialists, which meets stringent GOST requirements, Russian sanitary and epidemiological standards, and UNECE regulations.
Components were tested at the Friction and Lubricants Laboratory of the Research Center, Technical Development Directorate of JSC "AVTOVAZ".
Production holds conformity certificate No. ROSS RU.AE 56, B08760.
Since 2004, our plant has been the exclusive supplier of friction components for JSC "AVTOVAZ" process equipment.
