In 2004, our company's specialists were tasked by PJSC AVTOVAZ with an ambitious goal — to develop and implement modern asbestos-free friction materials.

Custom friction linings
Friction linings are manufactured in accordance with TU 25-71-001-59647441-2005, which were developed specifically for use under increased loads in clutch-brake units of forging and pressing equipment operating in multi-shift mode under severe conditions.
The technology developed and applied by our production facility makes it possible to achieve high physical and mechanical properties, as well as a stable and high coefficient of friction across a wide range of speeds and temperatures. This has improved operational safety and increased product durability.
